STANDING RULES

16 MAY 2017-Mike Parages made a motion to accept the Standing Rules and Appendix as proposed. Jay Samstag seconded it. The motion passed by a vote of 8-0 with 1 abstention.  Also, the dues $10 early discount must be changed to a $10 late fee, per Division legal guidance. As of this vote the dues are no longer set in the standing rules appendix.

DUES

8.1 The annual Flotilla dues shall be such sum of money as may be fixed by a majority vote at a regular or special meeting of the Flotilla, for which seven(7) days prior written notice of the meeting and intent were given, and shall remain fixed at such sum in ensuing years until otherwise duly changed by the Flotilla.

8.2 The annual dues, including Flotilla, Division, District, and National, shall be levied on each member on a calendar-year basis and shall be payable during the month of September for the following calendar year. First year dues for new members shall be prorated as determined by District policy and shall be submitted with the enrollment application.


20 JUN 2017 - Gary Markle made a motion, seconded by John Hendele, to make dues $55.00 for 2018 with a $10 late fee. Motion passed.


Dues payments for 2024 membership

Dues for the year 2024 are $55 if paid before 01 October 2023 or $65 ($10 late fee) if paid  after that date. If you have not paid by 1 November 2023, dis-enrollment procedures will be implemented. If necessary you may contact the flotilla commander and request an extension for just cause. You may not bring your check or cash to our meetings this year due to Covid-19. Instead mail a check to the FN officer C/O:

Remember the post mark must  be before 01 October 2023 to get the discounted rate. The flotilla paypal account is up and running again so  members may opt to pay online. The Paypal account email address is:

If paying dues by paypal you must have (or create) a paypal account to send money to the flotilla. Please send it to the above email address.

Click on send money to friends or family

Select our flotilla from the drop down box that appears
Enter the amount you need to pay
Click next
You will see a summary page listing where the funds are coming from
If you need to change where your funds are coming from click the arrow next to the account listed
You will then see the bank accounts and credit cards you have linked to your paypal login
Select the one you wish to use
please enter a note to show what this is payment is for and include your name so you will be properly credited
When ready click on next
You will see a confirmation of payment to show that your payment has been processed
